"I have been passionate about health, fitness and strength my entire life. I believe that overall well being extends beyond muscle definition and outward appearance. Being strong internally is imperative. This industry is in my heart, and I have dedicated my life to helping my clients achieve their goals.
I've been involved in the fitness and nutrition fields for over 25 years. I initially became certified in personal training to train clients part time, while my full time job was an Account Executive in the stressful sales/marketing environment. I've always been an avid runner, weight trainer, and mixed martial arts enthusiast. Exercise made me feel strong, healthy and peaceful, but I had never thought to pursue it as a full time career.
When my mother passed away from complications with Diabetes, I re-evaluated my own life and turned my passion for health and fitness into a career that awarded me the opportunity to make a difference in someone's life. I knew it was in my heart to help people get healthy, stay motivated, and turn their lifestyles around so they felt better overall - inside and out. I headed back to school and studied Exercise Physiology which included Anatomy and Physiology 1 & 2, Psychology, Nutrition and completed additional personal training certifications. And then started my own training company - The Fitness Studio. The logo, the dragonfly, is in honor of my mother. She loved their grace and they signify "transformation". My last name is in honor of my father. My parents have meant so much to me and taught me to follow my dreams with integrity and passion, and they are a part of what I strive to accomplish every day.
It takes an enormous amount of discipline and determination to transform your life, and you, as a client, have to be just as responsible and committed as I am in achieving the results you desire. I do not believe in fad or crash diets or what I call "drive thru personal training". I firmly believe that programs must be personalized and changed often in order to keep motivation levels high. My priority is that your exercise program will not only strengthen your outward appearance, but will strengthen how you feel inside about yourself. With outer strength, many things are possible. With inner strength, ANYTHING is possible. This is real work, real sweat and possibly real tears. I don't promise results - I expect them.
I have earned both a Personal Trainer Certification and Health Coach Certification from the American Counsel on Exercise, a Master in Personal Training Certification, Exercise Science Certification, Sports Nutrition Certification and Kids and Teen Fitness Certification through the American Aerobic Association International and the International Sports Medicine Association and the American Sports and Fitness Association. I focus on personal training for health, lifestyle, overall well being, inner strength and weight loss; sport specific training; Tough Mudder training; plyometrics; stress management; special health care needs; sports and general nutrition; 5k and Half Marathon training; rehabilitation."

Chris has been active all his life. He realized the benefits of fitness through over 25 years of playing soccer, over seven years training in muay Thai, kickboxing and hiking/backpacking throughout the USA.
He is certified in Personal Fitness Training through World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S.); First Aid/CPR/AED through American Heart Association; holds a Masters Degree in Business (MBA) from Eastern University; Bachelor's Degree of English/Communications from Cabrinini College. He is an adjunct teacher of Business Communications and Computer Basics for ESL Students at Northampton Community College Main Campus.
Chris is dedicated to providing fun, challenging and interesting workouts to keep you motivated and excited by your progress. His goal is to help clients see their full potential and live healthier, happier lives.
Suzanne has worked at the Fitness Studio for almost three years as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. She has experience teaching boot camp, step aerobics, kickboxing, and cardio dance and likes to combine it all in her classes. The sweatier, the better. When she is not in a plank contest with her husband (which she always wins) or working in the Parkland School District, she runs a film production company.

Kasey has been an athlete and fitness enthusiast his whole life. After excelling in baseball in high school and college, he went on to coach high school baseball, run a club program, and coordinate the offseason strength training program for Allentown School District baseball. He specializes in strength training and Crossfit style workouts, so be prepared to sweat hard in personal training. Kasey is an engineer at Air Products by day and home brewer by night . He also enjoys snowboarding and golfing in his down time.
Mind/Body Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor
Roxanne has been a gym enthusiast since her early twenties, which was when she found her love for yoga. When she was laid off from Teva Pharmaceutical after 35 years, she decided to take her yoga practice to the next level. She was already teaching her friends yoga at their home during the week so she became a certified yoga instructor. Roxanne has been teaching people one on one at her home or theirs since then, and The Fitness Studio is thrilled to have her on our team. She is also a certified Reiki practitioner on all three levels. In her spare time, Roxanne loves to walk her dogs and ride her mountain bike on Rails to Trails. "I feel very blessed to be out of the corporate world and doing what I feel I am truly meant to do."
Holistic Health and Nutrition, Chinese Herbal Medicine and Integrated Polarity Therapist
Eileen's education is vast and diverse -- she received her training to practice Holistic Health Counseling from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she was privileged to have studied under Deepok Chopra, Andrew Weil, David Wolfe, Mark Hyman, Bernie Seigel, Geneen Roth and many others. She is a Chinese Herbalist and a graduate of the New York Institute of Herbal Medicine and Nutrition and is certified as a Cancer Support Educator by BEATCANCER. She attended the Rose Program for Detoxification practitioner training in NYC and is board certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Eileen is also a Polarity and Cranialsacral practitioner. Her areas of specialty include, but are not limited to Diabetes, Celiac disease, Asthma and Allergies, IBS, cancer preventive and post-treatment diet plans and detoxification through whole and/or raw foods. Having studied Chinese medicine, her practice has a very Eastern flair. She has great success as she is able to integrate ancient wisdom and practices that have stood for centuries with the latest in nutrition research. eileencuce.com
