THE FITNESS STUDIO the benefits of exercise without the hassle
of a traditional health club membership. It gives you the opportunity to have a
certified personal trainer/fitness instructor in the privacy of your own home or in
a studio setting. We provide cross training between strength/weight
training, cardio, circuit training, various levels of yoga, pilates, boot camp, zumba and mixed martial arts.
Our nutrition counselors can help you make smart choices at the grocery store or meal time, assist in planning menus, and help you lose/gain weight. In addition to our wide variety of personal fitness programs, The Fitness Studio has Corporate Fitness Programs which range from onsite programs like Fitness and Nutrition Assessments, Fitness Classes, Fitness and Nutritional Education, Cooking Classes and and Fitness Challenges.
All of our trainers and counselors are certified, fully insured and hold a current CPR certification. A program can be customized for you if your goal is to run your first 5K,
half or whole marathon; compete in a Tough Mudder; learn self defense; lose weight;
gain strength; increase your endurance; need sports specific training; want overall inner and outer strength and well being.
